Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in the retail industry? AEON Mall Indonesia is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Billing Intern to join our team at the Headquarter in BSD City, Tangerang!
💼 What You’ll Do
As a Billing Intern, you will:
Monitor TMS system and verify supporting documents for gross sales reports
Reconcile tenant sales and input data into the Aspire system
Handle cash deposit data from tenants and G4S
Submit sales reports and coordinate with the operations team
Import and reconcile sales data from various systems (IEMS, Gopay, Omnipos, Midtrans)
Assist in processing tenant refunds before food court closing
🧠 Requirements
Skilled in Microsoft Excel (formulas/basic functions)
Willing to work on holidays/weekends (for closing purposes)
Major in Accounting or Finance
Able to perform accurate data entry for sales reports
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
📍 Location: Head Office – BSD City, Tangerang
🕒 Duration: 3–4 months (Starting September 2025)
